We accept return & exchange within 7 days from receipt of the order. Products that are returned for exchange must be brand new and unused, with complete packaging and accompanying documents. No product exchange will be provided otherwise.

To initiate a return please email customer@maleissye.com with a picture of the returned product and order reference. 

Note that the return shipping fee will remain the responsibility of the buyer. Maleissye will offer free shipping to send the replacement.  

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Please note there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country.

It may also take longer if your delivery address is in a remote area. 

• The Mirabella cap is to be cleaned by a specialist only
• Store your item in a dry place
• The Mirabella cap is water resistant but not waterproof : do not let it soaked

Use a soft tape and place it around your head, positioned mid-forehead and just above the ears. Add 0.5cm to be comfortable.
