Shipping policy
PACKING
At Maleissye we believe there are positive solutions to the challenge of eco-conscious shipping. We pack your orders using shipping boxes, papers and tape which are 100% recyclable.
DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders are generally processed within 48 ours although this may take longer during the festive period and under some circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. All our orders are shipped with tracking information available.
DELIVERY
We ship to the following 37 countries - United States, Canada, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Lebanon, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days*
Please note there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country. It may also take longer if your delivery address is in a remote area.
Delivery charge: 19 USD depending on the destination country and your order.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Please be aware that your package may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes and other fees according to the regulations of your country. This process may delay your delivery beyond our original estimated transit time. As the customer you are responsible to pay for these charges in order to release your parcel. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be and we recommend you to contact your local customs authority for more information regarding taxes and duties.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
To avoid lost package and delays we strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. Please ensure all delivery information is correct before confirming your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Maleissye is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Maleissye is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your parcel happens to be missing, you can get in touch with us at customer@maleissye.com and we will provide shipment and tracking information to assist you with your investigation with the carrier local branch.
