Refund policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN

We accept return & exchange within 7 days from receipt of the order. Products that are returned for exchange must be brand new and unused, with complete packaging and accompanying documents. No product exchange will be provided otherwise.

To initiate a return please email customer@maleissye.com with a picture of the returned product and order reference. Note that the return shipping fee will remain the responsibility of the buyer. Maleissye will offer free shipping to send the replacement.
